If comfort is more important to you, than the largest cup sizes, here’s how to measure for your first bra!

Using a material tape measure, measure your chest, below the pecks. Measure snug but not tight.

You can only get bras band sizes in even numbers. (i.e. 36, 38, 40, etc.)

If you measure 38" your bras band size will be 38 or 40.

If the total is an odd number go up one inch. Example: If the total measurement adds to 41", then add one inch to make it 42" - this is your bra band size.

It is important to not have your band size tight, as this causes a roll of skin under your arm… and causes a bulge in the back of your dress or under the arm area. If this happens, here are my suggestions. First, try increasing your band size up. I suggest getting a band size that fits comfortably and does not go up in the back, but will stay down. This is very important when purchasing a strapless bra, as it will always slip downward in the back as well as the front.

Look in the mirror, and try to select a cup size by your body size and proportions… and mostly by your shoulder size. If you’re tall and thin… I suggest you select a smaller breast size. If that doesn’t work, try 2 or 3 higher quality brands as they have better holding fabric and styles. Lastly, try several other styles of bras. I have found molded cups with no seams look very natural and have room for breast forms.

Misalnya, dulu waktu kecil/remaja, saya sudah sangat puas dengan celdam cewek. Lalu berkembang ke BH, rok, dan muncul keinginan bermake-up. Lama2 ingin tampil full cewek, dan merasa ada tantangan baru yg bermunculan, misalnya tampil di publik dsb, yg dulu bahkan tidak terpikirkan. Nah, dengan tahap2 tsb, waktu2 sekarang2 ini, sebuah celana dalam cewek, sudah tidak lagi terlalu "menarik", bandingkan dengan dulu waktu kita kecil.

Hal lain lagi adalah, dulu kesukaan dan fantasi saya adalah tampil sebagai perempuan yang seksi, dengan rok span yang mini. Tapi, ternyata hal ini berubah. Saat ini saya sangat menikmati CD-ing dengan berjilbab rapi dan terbungkus rapat.
