Ladyboys come in many categories as to how far they really want to become a girl. Some are happy with just dressing up and behaving and being treated as a girl and do not want to alter their body in any way.

Some take the female hormone estrogen or combinations of drugs containing estrogen and other drugs, which have the effects of making small breasts and nipples develop, making your voice higher, reducing body hair, distributing your body fat which gives you a more feminine shaped body and also when taken over a long period of time shrinking your penis. However it does not reduce facial hair so much, and those ladyboys and katoeys that want to decrease their stubble usually have many sessions of electrolysis hair removal.

Between these types there are some who take hormones and have breast implants, and some who don't take hormones but have breast implants.

Then there are some ladyboys who really want to go all the way and make the complete transition to female by undergoing extensive hormone treatment and having breast implants and genital reconstruction. But on the whole most ladyboys do have a penis and enjoy sex with men.

For me to be a ladyboy it's enough just to dress as a girl, I don't want to physically alter my body in any way. Technically I am known as pre-op ladyboy, and someone who has had an operation is known as a post-op ladyboy or a newhalf.

Nearly all - well probably all ladyboys are gay - so we like men, although I have met some who like both men and women.
